Downsizing Services Include
- Giving support to the homeowner and family to make this transition as easy and stress free as possible.
- Providing you with a moving checklist and plan.
- Working one on one with you to declutter spaces and pack up the home.
- Managing the recycling, junk, trash removal and charitable donations.
- Booking the moving company and buy moving supplies.
- Facilitate the move out and move in of belongings, unpack and organize the new home.
- I offer a 5% Senior Discount!

How We Get Started
the process for seamless downsizing is simple:

We’ll have a no pressure talk over the phone or by or email to get a sense of what you need, address your concerns and answer all of your questions.

Then, we schedule a free, no obligation, in-home consultation. During this one hour assessment, I will evaluate your spaces, discuss your concerns, and make suggestions to decide on the best course of action to achieve your goals. This meeting will determine if I am right for your project and allows me to estimate a time frame for completion.

I’ll email you a written proposal for your approval. I offer a very competitive hourly rate.

After the estimate is approved, I will send you my Client Service Agreement and arrange the deposit needed to begin your organized move.
