How I Work

I offer a free, no obligation in-home consultation where I will look at your space(s), discuss your needs and decide on the best course of action to achieve your goals. 

There is a minimum charge of two hours of service. Many companies require you to book and pay for minimum blocks of time, but I do not. I am flexible with my schedule and provide day, evening and weekend sessions. 

I offer an hourly service rate which is very competitive and below the average fee in the industry. The hourly service rate will be determined after the free initial consultation and reflects my time, physical labour, experience, skill, guidance and resources which assist you in accomplishing your goals.

The hourly service rate does not include the expense of any supplies and or outside services such as junk removal, storage units etc. requested by the client or required to complete the project. 

There is no additional charge for services outside of business hours such as evenings and weekends.

Projects outside of the service areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A travel fee may apply.

A Service Agreement with all the Terms and Conditions will be prepared and given to the client to review and sign prior to any project commencing.

I have Liability Insurance designed to protect my clients and myself, the Service Provider.

An invoice will be issued to the client at the end of the project or at the end of each month. It will outline service charges and additional expenses. 

Client references are available upon request.

Payment is due in full at time of completion of services and can be made by cash or online e-Transfer
